KOLKATA: Probing the Bangkok-Kolkata Thai Smile brawl case, Bidhannagar Police has drawn up an FIR and slapped IPC sections dealing with assault, wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation against two flyers.
They will soon be summoned to the police station to face further questions.
The FIR was drawn up on the basis of a complaint lodged by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security on Thursday night, the day it had taken cognizance of a viral video showing a passenger being beaten up by a group of flyers.
