They made their first pick of the day in form of Narayan Jagadeesan. The in-form batsman joined KKR for Rs 90 lakh. Interestingly, Chennai Super Kings also bid for Jagadeesan but fell short. KKR later bought Vaibhav Arora for Rs 60 lakh. KKR haven’t bought any player since then.
Before the auction, KKR brought in Shardul Thakur, Lockie Ferguson and Rahmanullah Gurbaz via trade. KKR have a new head coach in Chandrakant Pandit this year.
