Pertinently, in another case filed through Pal, the petitioner had complained that she never filed such a case nor authorised anyone to file a case on her behalf.
Based on this complaint, the High Court had in August 2022 referred the matter to the DIG (CID) to investigate the case and file a report.
“Let these matters be also investigated by the DIG (CID) along with the said case,” Justice Nizamuddin ordered.
