Swasthya Sathi fine on hosp – Times of India

Kolkata: A nursing home has been found guilty of charging money from the family of a patient who was being treated under the Swasthya Sathi scheme.
The West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission (WBCERC) has asked Mother Nursing Home to return the money after the family of Somnath Pal had paid the bill.
The nursing home claimed that the patient’s family had made the payment voluntarily as an advance for the treatment. TNN
