Pets and parents have a blast at Kolkata cafe – Times of India

Kolkata News
I t was an evening to remember for pet parents and their furry kids at a cafeteria on Southern Avenue. The first to arrive at the event, which was held from 6pm on Saturday, was Bozo, an eight-year-old Lhasa Apso, who was accompanied by her parent, Shrishti Mukherjee. Next to arrive was Coco, a white Shih Tzu, with his mother Vineeta Singhania. The two-year-old turned out to be the friendliest of the lot.

The next to arrive on the scene was Kiki, 18-month-old Lhasa Apso, with her mom and actress Rupsha Guha. Everyone present loved watching Coco’s antics, as he desperately tried to get Kiki’s attention.

Also present were Disney, a Beagle, and Brio and Cash, both Lhasa Apsos. While Brio and Cash hit off immediately, Disney was happy with his young owner, Aryana. Debjani and Aniruddha, Brio and Cash’s parents, described their sons as alpha males during the interaction that followed.
Rupsha shared a heart-warming experience of the first interaction with Kiki. “She was up for adoption but no one wanted to adopt her due to her gender. She also had a problem with an eye but is fine now. My life has also become more positive since I met her,” Rupsha said.
