Kolkata: ED attaches Rs 204 crore in illegal coal mining – Times of India

KOLKATA: The Enforcement Directorate has attached property worth Rs 204.64 crore in the Rs 2,742 crore illegal coal mining scam.
The agency, which filed a supplementary prosecution complaint in the case on Tuesday said that it has so far issued seven attachment orders in the case.
The central investigating agency on Tuesday filed a supplementary prosecution complaint before the Rouse Avenue Court in the illegal coal mining case.
The agency has termed Gurupada Maji—close aide of prime accused Anup Maji and six companies run by him as the accused.
