KOLKATA: Kolkata and the rest of the state will observe a complete lockdown on Monday. All shops and establishments will be shut and no public transport will be available during the day.
This is the first of three lockdowns that have been announced by the state in September, the other two on the 11th and the 12th (Friday and Saturday, respectively).
